When marking Pay periods as paid when we select everyone can it be only the employee who have a balance due or hrs worked. Currently we mark everyone as paid so it send messages to everyone even if they did not work that Pay period.

That's a good idea Edwin! Just curious would you still want zero balance pay period shown as "Paid" then?
