When marking Pay periods as paid when we select everyone can it be only the employee who have a balance due or hrs worked. Currently we mark everyone as paid so it send messages to everyone even if they did not work that Pay period.

Have a mode to show only overtime earned. Like for salary people. Example- I know my pay for the week, but anything over 50hours I get hourly OT, capped at 36 hours a week.
